Article also expresses our disagreement with local Tory MP Mark Pawsey about Job Centre staff being happy with Universal Credit - that is not what our experience shows!! Many workers at Job Centres, including Rugby, are unhappy with what they are told to do with regard to Universal Credit. We wonder why Mark Pawsey chose to raise a question in the House of Commons regarding Job Centre staff the day after Amber Rudd announce the halting of Universal Credit's roll-out - surely not to try and divert media attention away from the main story??
