BUS PETITION GOES BEFORE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

When Stagecoach last month rejected the petition to re-instate a bus route through the heart of Long Lawford, we sent it to Warwickshire County Council as they have a responsibility to fund bus routes turned down by private operators like Stagecoach. However, they may not have the funds - in which case we will demand they get them from a Government that is supposed to care about rural public transport. We will let you know the County Council's decision as soon as we get it
